Grazing Table/Boxes

40 guests minimum. The reason we use a per head price when catering for larger groups is to ensure there will be enough food to not only keep your guests going throughout the event, but also to make sure the table itself looks beautiful and full of life and color. Grazing tables are designed as just that, grazing. They will help keep your guests full throughout the night and accompany a light meal perfectly.

Each grazing table consists of our core basics; A selection of cured and deli meats, A selection of delicious cheeses, Breads, Seasonal fruit and vegetables, Delicious dips & spreads, A selection of crackers. As extras when over a certain price-point; Smoked salmon, Croissants & Bagels, Sweet treats

To create a table with levels, foliage/flowers, different platter boards and textures. Table and accessory hire is required. This is a standard $120 charge to cover retrieval and travel expenses.

We arrive 2 hours before show time, set up in your designated spot and leave to allow you to enjoy the evening and your graze. An attendant is available upon request a $65 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. If we are also catering your event the grazing table will be tended to.

A twenty percent non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your date, you will have five working days to pay this deposit until your date is opened up to the public again. One month out from your date, the remainder of your payment is due. Please note, if your invoice is not paid by the due date your date will be passed on to the waiting list. This is to ensure everyone gets an equal chance to book for their event. A contract will be sent out with your deposit invoice. This is required to be signed.

Grazing for up to 4 people. Box includes: 2 types of cheeses, fresh honeycomb, 2 wholesome dips, a jar of artisan preserve, olives, crackers, wholegrain mustard, 2 types of cured meats, assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit and nuts, with a touch of something sweet. Garnished with floral for decoration and fresh herbs.

Grazing for up to 8 people. Box includes: an assortment of 3 cheeses, honeycomb, 2 wholesome dips, a jar of artisan preserve, olives/antipasto assortment, wholegrain mustard, fresh artisan bread, crackers, cured meats, vine tomatoes, assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, nuts, with a touch of something sweet. Garnished with floral for decoration and fresh herbs.

Grazing for up to 12 people. Box includes: an assortment of 4 cheeses, honeycomb, 2 wholesome dips, a jar of artisan preserve, olives/antipasto assortment, wholegrain mustard, fresh artisan bread, bread sticks, crackers, cured meats, vine tomatoes, assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and finished off with something sweet. Garnished with floral for decoration and fresh herbs.
